Welcome!
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
This site was created with the desire to be as transparent with you as possible and allow you to feel at home with us, before you ever
decide to visit with us. With that being said, we would love to have you and your family come be apart of our services.
We believe that the church is much more than a group of people who are gathering for religious ceremonies. It is a place that family comes together to glorify God and exhort one another. As a matter of fact, we do not like “religion”, we want you to have a personal relationship with the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that Christ came to seek and to save those which are lost (Luke 19:10). We all fall into this category(Romans 3:23). Therefore, we see the church as a place for all to come and receive the “peace which passeth all understanding”(Phil.4:7) through Jesus Christ.
We welcome everyone to come as you are. We are not here with the intentions of impressing anyone, but with the desire to draw closer to God through the work of The Holy Spirit. Jeans and a T-shirt are welcome here. It’s not a fashion show. Our pastor wears a suit and that is his personal conviction, but that is not what you are required to do. We just want you to come!
We are currently in the process of implementing some changes and God willing this will include new programs for our youth as well as activities outside of our normal church services. If you have a desire to see young people, come to know Christ, come be apart of our work. The harvest is ripe, yet the workers are few.
We are currently a church that sings primarily from the hymnbook. It is our belief that these songs are scriptural and practically preach. However, if we are able to get musicians into the church who can build our music ministry, we are open to new advanced music as well. Right now we do some of these songs as special music during services. We are firm believers that the methods can change, but the message must remain the same!
We have a long way to go and our prayer is that God sends people here to help in our mission. Maybe you are one of those people. Again, we would love to have you and your family, come be apart of our family!
Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
